At the centre of the bas-relief is a carved inscription spanning several lines – large, raised letters forming text that ends with the years 1009 and 2009. The inscription covers most of the granite panel and stands out in high relief, making it clearly legible even from a distance.

Around the text, along the edges of the panel, numerous small, deeply carved symbols and marks appear – depictions of sun and moon, outlines of a tree and a bird, animal silhouettes, cross-shapes and geometric patterns. These motifs resemble ancient sign or symbol systems and form a rich border surrounding the central text.

This bas-relief is one of four panels on the base of the monument and serves as its main inscription, while the surrounding symbols add a sense of antiquity and tradition to the composition.
