In 2023, the portal has its 10th anniversary. It is made by one person with friends who help with programming and design. The original goal of sharing photos and their descriptions has expanded, therefore the section "Travel around Latvia" have been created. Now, the main goal of redzet.lv is to help those interested to get to know Latvia and learn about places of interest, providing navigation options, as well as grouping attractions of similar importance. The work related to it is done with personal funds on the basis of enthusiasm, since the small income of the portal does not cover the expenses. The creator of the portal is happy if what has been done is useful and gives inspiration to website visitors and travelers to Latvia, and also appreciates any support provided by buying photos or making a voluntary donation, so that the valuable and beautiful things that our country is rich in can be reflected on the portal as soon and as full as possible.
