The full width of Liepaja Luther Church's facade is presented against a clear blue sky. The central section of the facade features a large circular stained glass window positioned above a set of arched windows. The exterior walls showcase a mix of smooth plasterwork and dark stone masonry.

A pitched metal roof is equipped with decorative turrets and crosses extending upward. Low trees and shrubs line the foundation of the building in the foreground.
