Mārtiņš Līnis sculpture on Pāvilosta promenade during sunset

The sculpture created by Mārtiņš Līnis stands on the edge of the Pāvilosta promenade, right next to a calm body of water. The artwork consists of two vertical, stylized bases shaped like sails or boats, topped with openwork metallic details featuring irregular rectangular cutouts. A small bed of pebbles is formed at the base of the monument, enclosed by dark wooden posts, while two wooden planters with decorative grasses and plants are placed to the left.

The background features a dramatic sunset sky with shifting tones of orange, pink, and blue-gray clouds. The evening light reflects softly on the water's surface, creating a peaceful and atmospheric ambiance. Lush green trees and bushes grow on both sides of the water and near the sculpture, completing the coastal natural landscape.

A pedestrian walkway stretches past the sculpture on the right side of the image, illuminated by a single modern streetlamp pole. In the distance, on the opposite bank of the river, a low line of trees and a small docking area are silhouetted against the bright evening horizon.
