The image features a paved waterfront promenade in Liepāja with a three-dimensional bronze scale model of the city displayed in the foreground. Stone benches are positioned along the edge of the embankment.

In the background on the left, several fishing and service vessels are moored at the pier. Across the water canal, harbour cranes, buildings, and a line of trees are visible under the warm evening sunlight.
