Model on Liepāja Port Promenade

A metal model of the city’s waterfront area stands on a concrete base on Liepāja’s Old Port Promenade, near Vecā ostmala. Approximately 12 metres long, it depicts the urban area alongside the Trade Canal, including the layout of streets and buildings.

The model offers a miniature view of the surrounding urban landscape and helps visitors understand how the buildings are arranged along the canal. It is an interesting attraction for both visitors and local residents who want to explore this part of Liepāja from a different perspective.

The model is located near the pedestrian bridge at the beginning of the Old Port Promenade. The promenade is a popular place for walking, with views of the Trade Canal, yacht berths and the surrounding port area.
