Environmental object "Sun of Latvia" in Talsi is located in the town park directly on the lakefront. The golden sculpture featuring stylized sun rays rests on a grey granite pedestal within a paved circular area.

Behind the sculpture, the scene opens to the Talsi lake with a tall water fountain operating near its center. The opposite shore features a steep green hill lined with trees, walking paths, and a water tower visible in the background.
