Ventspils, Ostas Street 23

An office building of the former joint stock company "Gerhard & Hey" at Ostas Street 23 is possibly constructed by architect Ludwig Melville at the beginning of 20th century. In 2002, the building was restored and incorporated into the complex of the Ventspils Business Centre.
