Sculpture - Cow seaman

There is four metres high and seven metres long sculpture of Cow Seaman located on South Pier, staying on it's ship the cow will kindly meet visitors, who come to Ventspils from the sea side, and will greet visitors of South Pier as well. Author: Augusts Vilcāns
