Jelgava School of Art

The Jelgava School of Art provides the opportunity for students to acquire basic knowledge of vocational education in art at the elementary level, prepare students for the acquisition of the art of vocational secondary education; offers various interest education programs for children and young people; Realizes various art projects, art exhibitions, actively participates in various competitions, shows. Jelgava Art School was founded on February 28, 1986. Professional artists and educators run the school. After the classes in visual education, children and young people from Jelgava town and counties learn at the general education school. About 300 students aged 8 to 25 are studying at the school.
