Cut leaf elderberry (Sambucus nigra ‘Laciniata’) is a fast-growing deciduous large shrub or small tree with finely-cut leaves. Large flat topped sprays of white flowers in May and June, similar to the native elder. Loves sun or light shade. Height – 12-20ft (4-6m), spread – 12-20ft (4-6m).
