(Helleborus orientalis subsp. abschasicus) Hellebore or Christmas Rose

This is an excellent garden hybrid. Flower size: 6.5-7.5cm (2.5-3ins). Very tolerant of most soils. They prefer a sheltered position in semi shade with a rich, moist free draining soil.
